Our pizza dough, Ireland’s first, has been continuously refined over 25+ years and is well-suited both to ordinary domestic ovens and purpose-built pizza ovens.

If you are ordering dough to use at the weekend, we recommend selecting a Friday delivery at the checkout, in order to receive dough that will be at its best. Another option is to order a larger quantity to freeze and defrost as you need it.
