A Premium Delivery Service
-You can choose the day on which your order will be delivered, at the “more options for your order” section of the checkout page. There is no extra charge for this. It is possible to place your order long in advance of the delivery day.
-Foods requiring refrigeration are delivered in recyclable insulated boxes, with ice packs made of biodegradable and recyclable materials. We use an islandwide next-day service, so everything arrives cold.
-You will by notified by email or text before and after your delivery takes place.
-As long as your place of delivery is accessible, it is not necessary to be at home when the delivery is made.
Send a Gift
-Enter the recipient’s details for delivery. Please give their phone number, not yours, so that they will be notified of the delivery.
-We will handwrite a card — type your message in the “more options for your order” section of the checkout page.
Freshness & Quality
-All fresh pastas and pizza doughs are made from scratch on the same day that your order is dispatched from our shop in Cork.
-All cheeses and cured meats are sliced on the same day that your order is dispatched from our shop in Cork. We do not take any shortcuts — no bulk slicing, no vacuum sealing. Cheeses are skilfully wrapped in plastic-free genuine waxed paper, which allows them to breathe.
Dates & Cut-Off Times
We deliver Tuesday - Friday, except after a bank holiday when there is no Tuesday delivery.
You can select a delivery day at the checkout. Otherwise,
From Monday to Thursday, if your order is placed before 9:30am today, it will be delivered tomorrow. From Monday to Wednesday, if your order is placed after 9:30am today it will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Orders placed between 9:30am Thursday and 9:30am Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
About 1.5% of orders are delivered a day late.
At Christmas time, we deliver up to and on Christmas Eve. Orders placed before 6pm on December 22nd will be delivered before Christmas.
