Fresh, early harvest, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from 2024’s Sicilian Autumn olive harvest. This oil has a robust, grassy flavour, and a cloudy, green appearance. It has a very intense aroma. It is high in antioxidant polyphenols.

We sell this oil just in November and December every year. An early harvest olive oil, its flavour changes considerably over time and its polyphenol content diminishes greatly, so it is best consumed within a couple of months of the harvest. This is why we do not keep it in stock throughout the year. It is shipped to us directly from the mill immediately after being bottled. To order in advance, please email iagocork@gmail.com
