Ground Summer Truffles 90% with only the addition of peanut oil and salt as a preservative. 100g.
This summer truffle puree is obtained by grinding carefully selected truffles and processed fresh, strictly without the addition of chemical flavourings, completely natural. The Brezzi family invented the truffle puree, which gives shelf life to fresh truffles, in 1946. It offers a better flavour than truffle-flavoured oils.

Ingredients: Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), peanut oil, salt.

Tips for Use: Use the truffle puree when serving pasta, risotto, broth, all meat or egg dishes. Mixed with double the amount of butter, it is used to prepare magnificent canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces. Best before 3+ years, once opened, store in the fridge.
