Our pasta is rich with very fresh free-range eggs, delivered twice weekly from the farm. Our parsley & parmesan filling is made without compromise, with fresh parsley leaves (no stalks), freshly grated parmigiano reggiano aged 24-30 months, ricotta, freshly peeled French garlic and freshly ground nutmeg.
To cook: Place ravioli in salted, boiling water and simmer for about 6 minutes.
Use or freeze within 48 hours. If frozen, you can cook this ravioli straight from the freezer — no need for defrosting.
