Maroilles is a strong-tasting, washed rind, soft cheese with a slightly chalky interior. It is made with pasteurised cow’s milk in the Nord Departement, northern France.

A whole Maroilles weighs about 750g, and we sell it in quarters at €6.30 per quarter
